OUR STORY
It's all about the ride.

The philosophy Faliero carried through every frame he built was a simple one: ride quality surpasses everything else. A hundred years later, it still does.

Sesto Fiorentino · 1926

A professional racer, turned frame builder.

Faliero Masi built bicycles for some of the most prolific riders in cycling history: Coppi, Magni, Bahamontes, Anquetil, Adorni, Van Looy, Simpson, Merckx. He built in Sesto Fiorentino, in a wartime Milan, in a workshop beneath the Vigorelli velodrome, and in 1973, in a factory in California.

The Masi workshop

The motivations behind Cicli Masi were never about size, or scale, or the next quarter. They were about the ride. A hundred years on, that is still the only thing we are trying to do.
